At Domestika we are hiring a Product Technical Program Manager.

As a Product Technical Program Manager, you will work with teams of talented engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional team members.

It all started as an online forum and a small but dynamic showcase of creative professionals, designed to help them connect and learn from each other. Inspired by their thriving community, Domestika widened its reach by producing online courses for anyone interested in unleashing their creative potential and connecting with like-minded creatives from around the world.

Domestika carefully curates the teacher roster and produces all the courses in-house, to ensure a high-quality online learning experience for everyone. Today, the online community is home to over 8 million people from around the world who are curious and passionate about learning new creative skills.

As a product TPM:

What does a Product Technical Program Manager do at Domestika?

  • Plan, schedule and ensure execution of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate all the petitions from other departments and prioritize them correctly.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts including (but not limited to): communication plans, risk logs, decision logs, escalation procedures, project schedules, scope statements, high-level and detailed business requirements, technical specification documents.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Manage a multi-product release process to test, validate, and implement changes to applications & code.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience including analysis, project management, process management, program management, people management, vendor management, and client management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners at different times.
