In Domestika we are looking for a Growth Project Manager to implement our ambitious growth strategy.

As part of the growth team, you will be coordinating key strategic projects working closely with marketing, data, programming, pricing, and product teams transforming insights into implemented actions across all markets.

Your role will be key in implementing, measuring, and reporting identified growth opportunities.

Also, by understanding Domestika’s portfolio and user’s behaviour, you will contribute to the acquisition and course's distribution strategy.

What does a Growth Project Manager do at Domestika?

  • Identify growth opportunities in optimizing our customer acquisition and portfolio's global distribution and implement them via end-to-end project management.
  • Understand the complete purchasing funnel and coordinate actions that improve conversion.
  • Follow up on strategic projects with strong stakeholders management across central and regional teams, including pricing, CRM, planning, marketing channels, data, programming, and product.
  • Monitor and report on agreed performance KPIs.
  • Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
  • Ensure cross-departmental alignment with company goals in mind.


  • +3 years’ work experience in a similar role in e-commerce.
  • Analytical background and comfortable with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Concrete/hands-on/operationally motivated, while also able to function at a high strategic level.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
